This position will play a key role in the success of the Action Alliance’s communications strategy. The Action Alliance seeks a self-starting, storytelling, passionate, and creative Assistant Director with the ability to advance the Action Alliance’s mission, vision and programs through coordinated and integrated multi-channel communications approaches. Key roles include strategizing around and writing for a variety of audiences and communicating about complex information in a clear and simple manner; managing simultaneous complex projects and deadlines; measuring the success of communications tactics; communicating (verbally or in writing) high-level updates to external stakeholders and partners about progress in advancing Action Alliance priorities and achievements; and supervising members of the team.
