PRSA NCC Past President Tracy Schario, APR, Elected to PRSA College of Fellows
Congratulations to Tracy Schario, a PRSA NCC past president on her election to the PRSA College of Fellows Class of 2022 last month. In the association’s formal announcement welcoming 17 new members into the College of Fellows, 2022 PRSA Chair Dr. Felicia Blow, APR thanked and commended the Class of 2022 for their superior efforts in attaining this achievement. “I extend a hearty congratulations to the Class of 2022 for their inspiring service, leadership and commitment to our industry and their fellow communicators,” said Blow.
Members of the College of Fellows serve in PRSA Chapter, District, Professional Interest Sections and National leadership positions. To qualify for admittance, the communications professional must be a current PRSA member, have at least 20 years of PR and communications experience, hold the Accredited in Public Relations (APR) credential and have demonstrated superior professional performance in the practice/teaching of public relations.

She is currently a senior manager and department head at MITRE and has been active in our PRSA local chapter for many years, serving as an awards judge each year and establishing the LeaderPack programs in addition to her year as president of PRSA NCC.
Schario will be formally inducted into the Class of 2022 College of Fellows during a celebratory dinner this fall.
